Exchanges & Cancellation

We’re committed to making sure every TheFashioniva order feels secure, reliable, and rewarding.

Eligibility: Items may be exchanged for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags attached.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Process: Contact our support team at contact@thefashioniva.com before sending back your item to confirm availability and receive instructions.

Timeframe: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 Hours: Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refunds: Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sale items and final‑clearance products are non‑exchangeable and non‑cancellable.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged or cancelled.
TheFashioniva reserves the right to refuse exchanges or cancellations that do not meet our policy requirements.
